THOUGH THIS BE MADNESS

This historical mystery takes place in New Orleans in the 1880s and features a young female sleuth. There's a family fortune and an old lady who is declared mad by her family, with the object of grabbing her money. The heroine knows the old lady isn't mad and follows a complex web, which takes a violent and dangerous turn.

I portrayed her as bold and fearless, but not without some apprehension. I had to get that acros, and the feeling of 19th century New Orleans,  All while leaving room for type.
